We were SO lucky. This was a last minute booking being not very happy in our previous hotel. Marbella Nido was heavenly. The service was impeccable and every member of staff was delightful. The layout of mini villas climbing the hill worked really well, there were little buggies with a driver on hand for anyone not wanting to climb. The views were spectacular over the sea over to Albania. There’s a dreamy infinity pool with plenty of sun loungers, large cane “love chairs” as well as tables and chairs. The bar was to hand and an area of tables and chairs for poolside lunch. The restaurant offered inside and outside dining and there was an excellent and huge choice of both a buffet breakfast and in the evening, dinner. There was also a delicious à La carte menu. We did find the wine list extraordinarily expensive €40 being about the cheapest wine and we would have appreciated reasonably priced house wine. We loved our room with the best shower ever and it’s balcony which looked over the pool and sea beyond. We even had our own hot tub, not that we are great hot tub users. I know some rooms had their own little pool. But we were more than happy to go to the hotel’s main pool, in fact would prefer to and it was surprisingly quiet. Our stay was mid October and apart from one soaking day, the weather was utterly perfect.

Our stay as a family of four, two adults, two young children, was extremely pleasant.

The whole hotel and its grounds are beautiful. Lovely pools, lovely views not to mention lovely drinks!

I would like to particularly like to point out that all members of staff are very friendly, polite, helpful and just nice and welcoming. The ones that made a positive mark on our trip are Despina at the bar who starts her shift in the evening, very hard working, always smiling, always talking to the children no matter how busy, she made us feel looked after.

Cedric at the water park pool, worked really hard, being attentive, helpful and very friendly.

Veny at the Kum Kuat restaurant always smiling, friendly and welcoming. They made our stay extra special.

Hotel Marbella Nido is an icon of private boutique luxury. Carved into a hillside, from the moment you arrive you are immersed in a world of contemporary luxury services making you feel as if you are in your private residence.

On arrival, you are greeted with refreshments in the reception area which boasts the most incredible triple volume ceiling height with floor-to-ceiling windows and enjoy views of the sea.

You are then whisked off on a golf buggy to your room, we had chosen a Deluxe Junior Suite Whirlpool with Sea View. The room was spacious, decorated in a contemporary interior design, and our large terrace also enjoyed the most wonderful sea views.

Days were spent either by the stunning Infinity pool or on the private beach.

The hotel boasts two restaurants, an informal one serving the most incredible buffets and a fine dining option from a terrace and enjoying uninterrupted views of the sea.

The hotel made sure our every need was not only anticipated but also provided for, an example of this was on a day trip out to explore the Island. Provided a complimentary cool box with drinks and sandwiches for our trip!

As well as all the superlatives, a hotel is only as good as its staff, and with Amyrillisand Achilles at the helm, this is one of the best-run hotels I have ever stayed in. Everyone worked with a smile on their faces, exemplary at their jobs, and keen to make sure our stay was the best experience.

Beautiful hotel, run by amazing people who cannot do enough for you. All staff so friendly.

On arrival you are greeted and taken to a comfy seating area and offered a selection of drinks to refresh you after your travels, which is most welcome. Your luggage is whisked away to be taken to your room. Once you have checked in you a driven in a golf buggy up to your room.

We had a fabulous room with its own pool and an amazing view out to sea, beneath our pool /veranda there were the most magnificent fragrant roses which wafted in the air, absolutely beautiful display. All around the hotel the gardens were filled with fragrant flowers wafts of beautiful jasmine and roses and many more.

Achilleaes and his staff were outstanding, catering to our needs, so friendly. We like to try and learn some local language/phrases, Achilleaes would teach my husband a new word/phrase each day when we saw him at breakfast and test him later on!! All in good fun.

Demitri and staff at the pool bar were beyond helpful, they made you feel really special.

The young guy who manned the traditional greek coffee shop aswell as working in the restaurant was such a lovely polite young man, always helpful.

The lovely 'dessert lady' as we called her in the restaurant was wonderful, she promoted the desserts telling us about the Greek traditional ones in detail and ensured we left with our plates piled high with several desserts to devour!

The food selection was wonderful, lots of local dishes, everything was fresh and inviting. Great wine selection too. Achilleaes and colleagues were very knowledgeable on the wines.

The staff are all wonderful.

Staff are always available to give you a lift in a golf buggy up to your room if you wish. We like walking and enjoyed the walks back to our room smelling the beautiful fragrant flowers.

I had a great body massage at the Spa.

The main pool is a lot bigger in reality than it appears in the photos, great for swimming some lengths before all that delicious food to choose from!

We had a totally relaxed holiday at MarBella Nido, just what we needed. I'm sure we will return.

This is our second visit to this amazing privately owned hotel and were just as impressed as the first time! We like the variety this hotel offers in terms of the hotel itself which at first we found a little hard to navigate, but ended up liking it's design with no shortage of places to enjoy.

Reception staff were excellent and helpful beyond the the call of duty. We left it too late to book the boat trip to Corfu but thanks to Despina who heard of a cancellation and contacted us to let us know and was so happy for us that we were able to go. We were very grateful and really enjoyed the trip.

We were impressed by all the wonderful staff and wish we could mention all their names. We would like to give a special thanks to Anna, the office manager who took time out to take us to a room to view the 2 new pools that unfortunately opened after we left. We thank her for her kindness and generosity. We look forward hopefully to coming again.

Lovely holiday - left relaxed and recharged. Wonderful people all around the hotel - really friendly and helpful. Everyone working there deserves a mention but Elizabeth and Gregor in the spa, Dimitri by the pool, and Katherine at the main restaurant in particular. Beautiful hotel and views. Good choice of restaurants and food. Very happy family!

This hotel is in a lovely location, close to a small private beach, and convenient or the local bus service which itself is very good.

The staff are very helpful and professional, we had a sea view room in Dafnia room 525 which was very comfortable, spotless, and a lovely view of the sea and the Greek mainland in the distance.

We were on the half board package and most of the time we used the main buffet restaurant for breakfast and dinner, the food was very good with a wide choice of dishes.

All in all we had an excellent stay and hopefully we will be back!

Beautiful Hotel, food was average, most of the staff were friendly apart from Alexandra from the main restaurant, she was aggressive and pushy.

The pools are amazing, the views are breathtaking, the gardens are highly maintained. Definitely recommend for everyone!

Lovely hotel ,excellent staff. Best restaurant was on the beach. Disappointed with the Greek restaurant menu.

Room was great apart from the view or lack of view and the air conditioning was poor.

This was a last Minute booking and we were not sure what to expect. Excellent service, all the staff very helpful, food was good, always a good choice. Really enjoyed our stay, will be coming back next year.

The views at the hotel were stunning and the room and food very good. Staff extremely friendly and the only downside is that the location is a little remote with nowhere to walk outside the hotel. Having said that for a one week break to crash out and relax it is hard to beat.

Wonderful hotel, rooms spacious and very clean. Staff very efficient and friendly. Entertainment was wonderful. Would go again.

This was our third visit to Marbella Beach Club and it improves year on year. A consistently great level of facilities, cleanliness and food. The hotel staff, from waiters to cleaning staff are friendly and helpful and it is the perfect venue for a great summer family holiday. Can't recommend highly enough

Food is incredible, very relaxed atmosphere. Staff helpful, rooms clean, spacious, HOT WATER no matter what time of day and the hotel had a good balance between being kid friendly, whilst respecting the need for peace and quiet for adults who where there without children.

Although the hotel was large, there seemed to be lots of space and we always felt like privacy was maintained, almost as if you were in private apartments.

The only down side was that there were no inflatables allowed in the pool. Although for adults, that is probably a positive. With kids 12,11 + 7 that was disappointing for us, but the fact that the beach was so close made up for that.

It was my daughter's birthday, and the hotel surprised us and her with a lovely birthday cake, which was a nice added touch.

This was the most relaxing holiday we have ever had and we will definitely be going back.

It's become a default holiday for us, we know exactly what to expect and it never disappoints, in fact it gets better. It is a quiet hotel generally but that's what we like about it. You would be very picky if you find fault with this hotel. Our only issue is that it's becoming more popular!
